Reservation and deposit
- Upon completion of the registration form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your payment.
- By paying the deposit, your place on the selected course will be guaranteed.
- The remaining balance will be due one month before the course. The participants will then receive an e-mail with payment instructions.
- The deposit is non-refundable, however, it can be transferred to another scheduled course or another participant. This transfer can only be made once.
- If you choose invoice as your payment method, you will be billed the total course fee. The payment due date is set to one month prior to the course.
Cancellation of courses
- In case that we have not reached the minimum number of participants needed on each scheduled course, it may be cancelled. We will refund 100 % of the deposit or transfer it to another scheduled course after agreement with the participant.
- Endo Inn is not responsible for the reservation or cancellation of hotels and/or flight bookings.
